Rob Garcia is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation from Fiduciary 360 receiving formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility.  Rob is a Branch Manager and Investment Advisor Representative affiliated with LPL Financial. As part of the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer*, LPL Financial Services, Rob is an LPL Registered Principal and one of LPL’s top performers. He is a member of the Chairman’s Club, a designation reserved for fewer than 6% of LPL’s top advisors.

Rob graduated cum laude from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1997 with a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Financial Management. He obtained a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 & 65 certification.

Rob believes in giving back to the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer and a member of the investment committee for the Cuesta College Foundation and Board of Directors and Treasurer for Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo, CAPSLO. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters and the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce. As a veteran he has been a member of the American Legion Post 66 for the past 16 years.

Rob also was recently recognized by the Tribune as one of San Luis Obispo County’s premier business leaders (one of their “Top 20 under 40” - 2008) and has been a familiar face on the local KSBY TV’s Daybreak show providing financial information and market updates weekly for more than 8 years.

Paul Parotti is a financial planner and 401(k) plan consultant.  He holds the professional designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner as well as Qualified Plan Financial Consultant.  Paul also holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations through LPL, and he is licensed as a California Life and Health Insurance agent and a California Real Estate Broker. 

Paul graduated summa cum laude from Cal Poly Pomona in 1999.  Paul is a former executive in the real estate industry and he brings from his prior experiences a wealth of knowledge of the financial markets. 

Paul has been involved with many community organizations.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Atascadero Rotary Club where he leads a financial literacy education program for students at Atascadero High School.  Paul also serves on the Board for We Run OC Kids, an after school athletics program for high risk youth.  He has previously volunteered on the Board of The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Events and at Oak Park Public Housing in Paso Robles. 

Paul lives in Atascadero with his wife Flavia and son Matteo.  When not working, Paul can be found fishing in the Eastern Sierra, hiking the local trails of SLO County or playing basketball.

Stephanie Kemp,  Retirement Plan Specialist

Stephanie Kemp is a financial planner and a 401 (k) plan consultant.   Stephanie is a registered representative and holds her FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 certifications.   She has earned her first certificate as a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant through ASPPA and shall complete the full designation in April 2014 she also holds a Professional Plan Consultant designation (PPC) through Fi360.  Stephanie has been working in the finance industry since 1999, many of those years as the co-owner and general manager of finance of an international building company.  Stephanie graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in both Political Science and Finance.

Stephanie had the pleasure to live in Brisbane, Australia for 5 years and has a unique perspective on international finance from working in the Australian Financial sector.  Stephanie enjoys giving back to her community and currently serves on the board of United Cerebral Palsy League of SLO and chairs the communications committee and has been involved with the Big Brothers Big Sister program. Stephanie has a deep love for animals and has been a regular contributor to the ASPCA, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Stephanie has competed in the grueling Tough Mudder races to raise money for the Wounded Warrior project, a charity she is passionate about. In addition to appreciating her community she enjoys watching football, travel, and all the wonderful things the Central Coast has to offer.

Stephanie lives in Paso Robles with her husband Clayton and her three rescue dogs, Buddy, Ari and George

As one of the most professional and proficient colleagues we’ve encountered in this field, Darla was a person we wanted to join our team. Fortunately for us, after seven years with the same firm, Darla was available to change companies and she agreed to join us. Two decades in customer service, a natural collaborator with great follow-through, and a terrific attitude make her one of our best assets.

Darla, her husband Ron and their three daughters Amber, Tiffany and Alysa enjoy camping, softball and spending time with family and friends.

Katie has been with us for five years. Her previous experience involved a supervisory financial position with a large corporation as well as several years experience in the challenging and complex field of insurance. Katie sets the standard for the kind of personalized service our clients expect. As someone who thrives off of interaction with others, she believes in always exceeding people's expectations.
